Delete your Enzein account

Option 1: in the app

1. Open Enzein and sign in with the store owner's account.
2. Go to the Account page.
3. Tap حذف الحساب نهائياً (Delete account permanently) at the bottom of the page.
4. Enter the verification code sent to your sign-in phone or email.
5. Type the word حذف and confirm.

Deletion starts immediately: your store and listings go offline at once, then the data and photos are permanently deleted and you are signed out.

Staff members: on the Account page tap حذف حسابي نهائياً (Delete my account permanently). Your sign-in is deleted and you are removed from the store; the store stays with its owner. The owner can also remove any staff member from Staff management («إدارة الموظفين») on the Account page.

Option 2: by email

If you cannot sign in, email info@enzeinstore.com from your registered email if you have one, and include your store name and registered phone number, or call us on +965 6161 2858. We will verify ownership (we may send a code to the registered phone or email), then delete the account and confirm within 7 business days.

What is deleted

Account and sign-in details; store details, logo, location, verification documents, staff and their sign-ins; all listings and their photos, buy requests, sell requests, clearance sales, favourites, interests, notifications and their tokens, and view statistics.

What we may keep

Limited records such as account-activation, invoice and report records for as long as required by law or to resolve disputes; deals another trader recorded with you stay with that trader (device name and store name at the time) without any link to your account; and a one-way hash that does not reveal your phone or email, used to prevent misuse of promotional benefits.
