Terms of Use (English)

Last updated: 22 October 2026. By using the Enzein app, operated by Enzein Store Wholesale & Retail Trading Co. W.L.L. (Commercial Registration No. 553930, Kuwait), you agree to these terms. In case of conflict, the Arabic version prevails.

1. The service

The App is a platform where traders show their offers to other traders. We are not a seller, buyer or payment intermediary in deals between traders and do not guarantee any deal. Agreement, payment and delivery happen directly between traders at their own responsibility.

2. Accounts

The App is for shop owners, traders and their staff aged 18 or over. You must provide accurate store information and are responsible for all activity in your account, including your staff.

3. Listings

Listings must be real, available and accurate. Stolen, counterfeit or prohibited devices, blacklisted IMEIs, misleading or offensive content, and photos used without permission are not allowed. Each trader is solely responsible for their listings and for complying with Kuwaiti law.

4. Account activation

A store account is activated under a direct commercial agreement between us and the store, made outside the App; nothing is purchased or paid inside the App. The agreement sets its own terms and duration, and we will notify you before any change applies to your account. Amounts paid under the agreement are non-refundable except where required by law or by the agreement. Badges are descriptive and are not a guarantee of any trader.

5. Prohibited use

Fraud, impersonation, harassment, automated scraping, and attempts to attack or disrupt the App are prohibited.

6. Reports and suspension

Traders can report listings or stores. We may hide listings or suspend accounts temporarily or permanently for violations.

7. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses from deals between traders, inaccurate information posted by traders, or temporary service interruptions. Our liability never exceeds the amount you paid us for the last month.

8. Price board

Prices published by us are indicative and are not a binding offer unless agreed directly with us.

9. Intellectual property

The Enzein name, logo and app design belong to us. Your listing photos remain yours; you permit us to display them in the App.

10. Termination, law and contact

You may delete your account at any time (see Delete account). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and its courts have jurisdiction. Contact: info@enzeinstore.com.
